Using the project team approach, headed by a Senior Engineer/Project Manager, EI's staff is able to focus on client responsiveness and deliver high quality services.

EI's engineering staff is organized to provide a broad spectrum of quality services ranging in scope from single discipline support for a specific facility/process modification to providing turn-key engineering services associated with an entirely new process or system. EI's staff also provides construction services expertise and has a proven track record in bringing projects to a successful completion on schedule and within the project budget.

BUILDING ENGINEERING ASSESSMENT SERVICES

In addition, EI also provides building inspections/evaluations, which are often required as part of a commercial or industrial real estate transaction. These evaluations can be custom tailored to the client's or lending institutions' needs, and can address the structural adequacy of foundations, load-supporting walls, roofing structure and other integral building components. Where available, design plans and specifications associated with the original construction, as-built drawings and any other relevant engineering documents are reviewed. If required, these evaluations can also include an assessment of building systems, including electric, HVAC and fire suppression systems.
