In addition to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), EI is available to conduct Building Energy Performance Assessments (BEPAs). BEPA studies may be conducted in connection with other due diligence work or they may be conducted independently to provide useful information on a building’s energy performance.

Building Energy Performance Assessment for a Building Involved
in a Real Estate Transaction (ASTM E2797-2011)
BEPAs follow the newly issued ASTM E 2797-11 - "Building Energy Performance Assessment for a Building Involved in a Real Estate Transaction" Standard, which provides guidance and standardization on collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting of "building energy performance" information associated with a commercial building.
EI’s project managers and building engineers are also available to conduct
energy audits in an effort to control expenses and their associated environmental impacts.
