The EI Group, Inc. Teams with Rebuilding Together to Help Low-Income Families

October 5, 2010

Roanoke, VA - The EI Group, Inc. (EI) recently teamed up with Rebuilding Together to provide asbestos and lead-based paint inspections for rebuilding efforts in a local Roanoke neighborhood.  Rebuilding Together is the nation’s leading nonprofit working to preserve affordable homeownership and revitalize communities.  Their programs enable low-income, elderly and disabled individuals to remain in their homes in a warm, safe and dry environment.  Eric Cureton, Project Manager with EI, has donated a significant amount of time over long weekends to support the program on dozens of homes.  The organization relies on volunteer efforts such as this to further their mission of providing free rehabilitation and critical repair to the homes of low-income Americans.

"Rebuilding Together is a great organization, filled with wonderful people.  We are extremely grateful to have an opportunity to work with them, and to help give back to the people and the City of Roanoke," remarked Cureton.
